Valentine's Straight Soprano Saxophone?  We have not seen this brand and don't know anything about it, but a friend brought it into the shop to sell.  

Honestly, we could not play it since it's in terrible adjustment, but construction looks pretty good and it's in like new condition.  If you are interested, let us know and we can go through it to make it play and let you know the honest playability once we've completed our work.
