Special Orders, Trial and Return Policies

All instruments and mouthpieces have a one week (from your receiving them) trial period. If you notify us within that week that the item does not work for you, please feel free to return it with a copy of your receipt.

You will be responsible for shipping charges, both directions, and a re-stocking fee of 3.85% if the amount of the returned items is over $300.

If the item you are ordering is a “special order” (an item that we normally do not stock and was ordered in for your trial), there will be a 10% non-refundable cost to order in the item for you to try out. If the "special order" item is shipped to you and you are returning it, you will responsible for a 15% re-stocking fee as well as shipping costs both directions.

All items returned need to be in the same condition they were when we sent them to you.  All packaging and accessories that came with the items ordered need to be included. Be sure to package instruments with the same care and in the same packaging we did if you wish to avoid damage.
