The 5CM Custom Mouthpiece is Yamaha's copy of the Selmer S80. This is more open than a typical C* facing and probably feels more close to a D. This is the mouthpiece they put with all their professional model altos, made from hard rubber, and with a good, solid performance for not a lot of money.
