Vintage Conn Standard Steelay Hard Rubber Tenor mouthpiece with a .043" tip.  I really don't know what era Conn Tenor this would have been included with, but it is a typical short shank, extremely large chamber, small tip opening mouthpiece that you would have seen with most all vintage saxophones.

This will work well if you have a vintage horn and can't quite get it to play well and in tune with a current production mouthpiece.  Purchase this and a harder reed and you should get quite a sound!
